Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. 
- During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 business days.

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL (for international orders)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (within the United States): We offer various shipping options based on the speed you select at checkout:
  • Economy (5-8 business days): Affordable rates starting from $3.50 for small items.
  • Standard (3-5 business days): Mid-tier pricing for a faster delivery.
  • Express (1-2 business days): Premium service for urgent needs.

International Shipping: We use DHL for international orders to provide fast, reliable delivery. Shipping times and rates vary based on location and weight of the order. Please note that customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging & Fragile Item Protection
- Our candles are fragile, and we take extra care to package each item securely using eco-friendly packing materials. Each candle is wrapped in protective bubble wrap, and placed in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
- We mark each package as "Fragile" to ensure careful handling by the carriers.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Glow of Glory is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Handling Fee
For orders including fragile items, a small handling fee is included to cover the extra packaging materials and care necessary to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged Items & Returns
We take every precaution to protect your candles during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with a photo of the damaged items and packaging.
- We will promptly work with you to either replace the damaged items or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Glow of Glory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, please contact us if your package is missing, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict these charges, so please check with your local customs office for more information.
